100406 Kampong Cham (II)
The second day was really intense. We started the morning with breakfast and negotiating two bikes to make a route on our own (after rejecting think about cuautro guidance or five attempts). From 7, we end up with 5 (dollars per bike), and less than we should have paid on the basis of how he was one of them. Neither showed the way in which you were, to climb the march had to hit the pedal, just opposite .. A standard that adds the usual odometer and indicator depósisto broken (I think I do it on purpose), partially or totally useless mirrors (one was mounted on a rear left side right, so it was vertical and there was nothing the other had fallen right ....). A calamity, but good.
The route was to go dirt roads (and exceptionally a stretch of road) through the jungle to reach a village of weavers, even more than the destination, the important thing was the way today. We chose to go on our own, without guidance, to make our air.
I write here will be quite poor, it is difficult to convey the feeling of going through Cambodia as well. Once we stop to see how they tended corn cobs to dry, and half the town came as aliens watching us, not just a place frequented by foreigners.
Later we stopped at a temple , and the monk invited us to go home, and fruit and sweets. He was studying English, who used to try and excuse to flirt with Laura xD.
When we reached the village of weavers stopped at two, and explained how they worked, and the girls even used :-) loom.
In short, the whole experience. We ended up in the lighthouse of the French, by the River.
